Dozer Systems is an IT and cybersecurity company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our US-based team serves businesses across the Twin Cities, the Midwest, and nationwide with managed IT, cybersecurity, AI development, workflow automation, and data analytics.
We started Dozer after watching businesses pay for technology they did not need, get stuck in contracts they could not leave, and struggle to reach someone who understood their setup.
The name comes from our work with construction companies. Dozer felt right: practical, direct, and focused on clearing the technology problems that slow people down. We recommend what a client needs, explain the cost, and take responsibility when something goes wrong.

We're vendor-agnostic. We recommend what fits, negotiate pricing directly with vendors on your behalf, and take no reseller margins or referral fees. If you already have a solution that works, we'll manage it.
Switching to Dozer does not mean starting over. We work with the tools and systems that already serve your team, then replace or improve only what is creating a real problem.
Technology problems rarely stay inside one vendor. We coordinate across your software, hardware, carriers, and third parties so you are not left figuring out who is responsible.

Leo started Dozer Systems after working across construction, healthcare, and financial services, fields where downtime, weak security, and poorly fitted technology have real consequences.
His experience taught him that technology should adapt to the way a business operates. Today he leads Dozer Systems and also builds construction technology through ConstruSense.
