Microsoft 365 Migration Done Right
We don’t just move your email. We optimize your licenses, consolidate your tools, and make sure you’re not paying for features you’ll never use.
Most companies that migrate to Microsoft 365 end up overpaying. They get sold on Business Premium because it has “all the features,” but nobody sets up Intune, nobody configures Defender, and they end up paying premium prices for basic email.
We do migrations differently. Before we move a single mailbox, we look at what you actually need, what you’re already paying for elsewhere, and how to get you the right licenses at the right price.
The Problem With Most M365 Migrations
Here’s what typically happens: A company decides to move to Microsoft 365. Their IT provider recommends Business Premium for everyone because “it has everything.” Migration happens, everyone gets their new email, and the project is done.
Six months later, you’re paying for:
- Intune that nobody configured
- Defender for Business while still paying for your old antivirus
- Advanced security features that were never turned on
- Premium licenses for employees who only need email
- Copilot access that nobody knows how to use
You’re essentially paying $22/user/month for what could be handled by a $6 or $12.50 license.
Real example: A 50-person company paying for Business Premium across the board is spending $13,200/year. After a license review, we often find they need Premium for maybe 15 users, Standard for 25, and Basic for 10. That’s $8,100/year. Same functionality, $5,100 in annual savings.
What We Actually Do
License Review
We look at each user’s actual needs. Does your receptionist need the same license as your CFO? Probably not.
Tool Consolidation
Already paying for endpoint protection? MDM? Backup? M365 might include these. We find the overlap and cut the redundancy.
Proper Configuration
If you’re paying for Defender and Intune, we actually set them up. Otherwise, why pay for Premium?
Partner Pricing
As a Microsoft Partner, we can often get better pricing than what you’d pay going direct.

Consolidation Opportunities
If you’re upgrading to Business Premium, you might be able to cancel some of your existing tools:
Endpoint Protection
Already paying for antivirus or endpoint protection? Defender for Business is included in Premium and it’s actually good now.
Mobile Device Management
Using a separate MDM solution? Intune handles device management, app deployment, and security policies.
Conditional Access
Paying for a separate identity management tool? Azure AD Premium includes conditional access and MFA.
Cloud Backup
OneDrive and SharePoint can replace some backup solutions, though we often still recommend dedicated backup for M365.
Microsoft Partner Pricing
As a Microsoft Partner, we can often secure better pricing than what’s listed on Microsoft’s website. We pass those savings directly to you.
