Why We Started Dozer
We founded Dozer Systems because we were tired of watching businesses get trapped in predatory IT contracts, paying for services they didn't need, and dealing with support teams on the other side of the world who didn't understand their business.
The name "Dozer" comes from our work with the construction industry. Like a bulldozer clearing a path forward, we remove the obstacles between your business and the technology it needs to succeed. We bulldoze through complexity, bureaucracy, and the typical IT nonsense that holds companies back.
Based in Minnesota, we've built our company on Midwest values: hard work, straight talk, and doing right by our clients. Every decision we make comes back to one question: "Is this what's best for the client?" If the answer is no, we don't do it.
